MIND Peppermint clears the head, refreshing during times of mental fatigue and encouraging concentration and clear thinking. Great in study or work blends, and instils a cool, calm and collected atmosphere in times of anger, nervous tension and heated emotions.
BODY Peppermint’s cooling and relieving action is the best where heat and congestion are predominant. Great in foot rubs or foot baths, and massage blends for sore muscles and joints after sports, exertion or from standing all day. Also helpful for neuralgia and bruising. Its clearing aroma is great as an inhalation for nasal, sinus or chest congestion to open up the airways. Apply to temples or use as an inhalation for headaches and toxic congestion from overindulgence or digestive problems. The fresh aroma of Peppermint is ideal to help ease travel sickness and nausea. A few drops on a tissue can be discreetly inhaled for quick relief during times of need. Applied to the abdomen it is wonderful to soothe an upset digestive system including bloating, spasms, flatulence, colic, and to stimulate liver and gallbladder function.
