Citrus Fresh Essential Oil Blend
The Citrus Blend is a fantastic fresh and uplifting organic essential oil blend of Pink Grapefruit, Lemon, Sweet Orange, Lime, Tangerine, Mandarin and Bergamot to help revitalise yourself and your home when you feel like you need a refresh or boost. It is a great blend to use when you get up in the morning to wake you up and get you ready for the day ahead, it is also amazing for stress and it both uplifting and relaxing. It has a delicious fresh citrus scent as well as being healing for your mind, body and soul. It will refresh and uplift you and can be used as a roller on wrists when needed or diffused in our Ceramic burner.
Lemon uplifts and provides a sense of space and when feeling overwhelmed or mentally fatigued and unable to make decisions.
Mandarin has an uplifting and calming nature that instils a happy, sunny and more playful mood. Great for children and adults to soothe stress, low mood, nervous tension, irritability and sleeplessness.
Bergamot is a primary oil for the nervous system, uplifting and calming during times of anxiety or low mood. It can lighten and refresh when feeling angry, frustrated or low in confidence and helps to clear out negative, heavy states.
Pink Grapefruit oil helps uplift and refresh the mind, sharpen the senses and promote alertness. Helpful during times of exhaustion, low mood or stress especially associated with mental fatigue. It is also thought to help release anger.
Lime has a refreshing and uplifting effect on a dull or fatigued mind and spirit. Helpful to gently activate when feeling fearful or apathetic, unable to get into the day ahead or life in general.
